Nestling on the cliff top overlooking Saltwick Bay, the Park offers superb facilities for the perfect family holiday and is suitable for all age groups.
There is direct access from the site to a lovely sandy beach (may be restricted to safety restrictions from time to time). Walking also features highly on the list of activities to be enjoyed - the famous "Cleveland Way", (leading to Robin Hoods Bay) runs through the park.
Takeaway and Bar Food, the "Galleon" Family Entertainment Club, Convenience Store, Launderette, Playground, Soft Play Area, Pool Tables and Amusements, are all to hand on site and during the High Season "Chalkey" the cat will be around the site to delight children of all ages!
The North Yorkshire Moors are only minutes away with "Heartbeat" country and where the popular TV series is filmed and, of course, the Moors Railway is also close by.
For a varied day out why not visit the bustling town of Scarborough with its wide variety of shops, cinemas, theatres and Sea Life Center - all this can be found half-an-hour away. Also within easy reach is Flamingoland Fun Park and Zoo at Pickering.
The stately home of "Castle Howard" with its beautiful gardens (the setting of "Brideshead Revisited") is also well worth a visit. The historic city of York with its famous Cathedral and "Shambles" shopping area (not to mention afternoon tea at "Betty's"!) is sure to delight.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the cliff top from the site into Whitby (approx., 15/20 minutes), visiting the famous Whitby Abbey, St Mary's Church and down the famous 199 steps into the picturesque fishing town of Whitby with its quaint harbour and cobbled streets.
